MLC workout help’s everyone in nourishing their mental health. Our main aim is to encourage people to do MLC workout to keep their mental health nourished.

To increase awareness about mental health and encourage people to adapt MLC workout we requires many hands. We’ve got many successes under our belt, but we need more help, and that’s where you come in. While you can volunteer with us directly, there’s much you can do on your own by spreading our message to your family members and friends . We think sometimes people with good intentions can be just as effective as raising a sum of cash. It affects endless amounts of people, friends, family members, maybe yourself. Instead of donating $$ you just reach out to people and ask them how they're doing when you're there purely to listen to that person and offer support. Try to be positive and optimistic, let's start getting each other excited about the possibilities that are in front of us, spread as much good vibes and love as you can.

When you start to laugh, it doesn’t just lighten your load mentally, it actually induces physical changes in your body. Laughter stimulate many organs and enhances your intake of oxygen-rich air, stimulates your heart, lungs and muscles, and increases the endorphins that are released by your brain
Researchers have found that after doing an aerobic exercise, participants have scored higher on mental performance tests, compared to those who did not exercise. One of the most exciting indications is the fact that these affects on the brain may actually be permanent or semi-permanent
